"Wow, what a save! We recently bought a new Tiffin Allegro Bus and decided to take a 2 week trip after breaking it in for a little while and getting the initial repairs completed (All expected for a new Rig. Even a Tiffin will have issues when they are new and everything is settling).
Day 1, we end up by Harris Ranch. Hydraulic line blows that supports the jack system. Hmmm.. That is a problem.. Now, what do we do? We contacted our selling dealer, who put us in touch with our Tiffin Rep, who recommended we stop at Happy Daze Rv in Sacramento.
Hoping this would not delay us too much as I rarely get time off to take long trips, Cheryl from HappyDaze was awesome and had us bring it in as soon as we got into town. We got into town at noon.
As luck would have it, the Tiffin Rep was also visiting Happy Daze that day. Cheryl and her technician diagnosed the issue, and then worked with Tiffin to approve an aftermarket hose to be custom fitted that afternoon, installed, the systems refilled and checked. We were back on the road at 4:30.
I have had several different rigs over the past 10-12 years, and a few of them were new. I have never in my life received this level of service anywhere and am extremely thankful for how quickly they diagnosed the problem and how quickly Cheryl worked around not having that exact HWH hose in stock. (I have to say the new hose is nearly indestructible and may at some time have all the hoses redone to match to ensure we don't have any other issues). I am in the service business as well and I can only say that Cheryl's resourcefulness and Happy Daze's investment into Tiffin trained personnel was the only reason we were back on the road so quickly. I am truly appreciative for what they did for us.
I also thank Tiffin for standing behind their product in such an awesome manner. Since I have bought this rig I have had an incredible service experience with it, and I know much of that is due to the Tiffin customer service focus. Experiences like this create a massive amount of brand loyalty and am proud to say I own a Tiffin."

"We are extremely happy with the service we have been provided by the team at Happy Daze, specifically Cheryl and her team of Doug and Hal in the service department. We also enjoyed working with Dave Waldon in Sales.
Cheryl has been super helpful, suggested some techniques and processes that saved us a huge amount of money and is very focused, experienced, professional, action oriented, friendly and outgoing. It is clear that she enjoys her job and is a huge asset to HDRV. She always answers my calls with "Hello Mr Edwards" and even called me her favorite customer the other day. Most importantly she understands that I live in the RV during the week and is doing everything in her power to expedite the repair of our Allegro Red 38QBA. Hal has also been very helpful and actually stayed after hours on a Saturday to help us with the RV service we needed after a 31 day Alaska trip. He also had out of town visitors but did not rush us and was very accomadating. Doug is also very professional and pleasant.
Dave Waldon was enjoyable to work with during our purchase and we knew he was going to be excellent to interface with us when we first met him at the Pleasanton show.

"This was our 2nd RV purchase, but our 1st new purchase. Dave was our salesperson, and is a phenomenal individual. Seriously, who ever likes their salesperson?? But Dave broke that mold. He answered all of our questions (we have one two month trip under our belt, but we still consider our self "greenhorns"), and took the time to help us consider all options *before* deciding on the coach. He could have upsold us, but instead kept us on track and helped us confirm the one we came to see, was the one we wanted. He even put us in touch with the regional manager for our coach to have specific questions addressed. Following purchase, Cheryle, the service & parts manager, went well above and beyond taking care of some specifics to our sales that required some fabrication. She made sure that what was installed passed *her* test of what looked good, and also functioned. She even put her own time into completing the project!! She truly surpassed what I would expect of a dealership prepping a vehicle for sale *after* the money was already in their hands. To top it off, she is a phenomenal person as well!! What's going on here at Happy Daze?? Shhh...don't let the secret out how nice these folks are! If word gets out, they will find themselves inundated with folks looking for service and sales!!

"I wasn't sure of buying a new travel trailer. The price of the new ones didn't seem so bad, but the cost of used ones were quite a bit lower. When I took into account how easy Happy Dayz made it to buy, the actual cost of the trailer per month, and the idea of sleeping in a bed that nobody else ever slept in, I thought to myself just go with a new one. (She) Kevan did a great job showing us all of the trailers, explaining their individual strengths. Jamie explained the financing aspect of the purchase. He (Jamie) told us that he would throw in a cover for the RV, give us $100 to use at the store and gave us a 4 day vacation pacage with Thousand Trails. It was becoming very difficult to say no to this deal. Jay made sure that the walk through went well, I became very knowledgeable of each trailer system, from the hitch to the water heater, and everything in between. Everyone at Happy Dayz treated my wife and I VERY WELL. I was very demanding, and each employee at Happy Dayz RV worked very hard to give me everything I wanted. I would highly recommend buying an RV from Happy Dayz RV! "
