This form must be filled out and signed by your insurance agent. If they cannot sign it, we cannot rent the trailer.
All rentals are non-smoking units. Any evidence of smoking in the unit will forfeit entire deposit.
Towing vehicle must be rated with a 7,500 lb. towing capacity. Tow vehicle must have the following items already installed on day of departure. We will provide you with the hitch, tow ball, and sway bars.
- Class III 2-inch receiver
- Brake Control installed near the steering column.
- 7-way plug
- Right and left side mirrors
- Tow vehicle with minimum towing capacity of 7,500 lbs
- Full coverage insurance to cover the current market value of the rental trailer.
*Trailers depart Monday - Friday ONLY, no weekend pick-ups. Drop-off on weekends is allowed.
