" We didn't have good luck from the day that we purchased our 5th wheel from "another" dealership, items were missed, parts never ordered, we never got results...so we gave up, we contacted Keystone to see where else we could go, they told us about Happy Daze. We have to say from the minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile from one of the writers there...Tara Giboney, she explained how the process went with warranty and even gave us an estimate on how long it would take. We were impressed from the get go, Tara called us as soon as it got in the shop, went over what repairs were needed and what was on order. Tara answered ever question for us, was patient with us as we had a lot cause we are new at all this, kept us updated ,walked us through the repairs that were made, line by line and even had our trailer washed for us!! We are new travel trailer owners, and shortly after bringing our RV home, we experienced an electrical issue that would have required us to bring the trailer back to Happy Daze RV in Gilroy which is over an hour from our home.
The Service Team responded to our concerns and took the time to understand what had happened. What impressed us was their approach to the problem. The initial conversations, the in-person diagnosis and the investigative work, helped us understand the real cause of the electrical problem. They remained focused on figuring out what was happening and getting us back on the road.
As it turned out, the electrical issue originated with our home electrical connection and was something I had overlooked as a new RV owner. Throughout the process, Jennifer and her service technician, Pete, were patient, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us understand the issue and resolve it.
Jennifer and Pete went above and beyond. What stood out to us is that Happy Daze isn't simply a dealership that sold us a product. Their service after the sale gave us something equally important as new RV owners—peace of mind and trust that we have people we can turn to when we need help.
There is a lot to learn when purchasing your first travel trailer, and having a service team willing to investigate a problem, explain what happened, and help you through it makes a tremendous difference.

I highly recommend Happy Daze RV for your next rv purchase. We drove from Madera to Ripon to purchase our new 5th wheel. The prices and sales staff are so much better than the ones in Fresno. Jason ( the sales guy at Happy Daze RV) didn't pressure us or try and sale us something we didn't want, like other dealers in Fresno try and do. We drove up to see one 5th wheel and that was all we looked at without Jason trying to sell us something else.

Words cant describe how great my experience was here. I did everything online a state away. They got me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and felt was worthy. The staff here was above and beyond! Happy, knowledgeable, friendly and appreciative more like I was doing them a favor vs them doing me one.
From the first email request for info, they made sure to contact me under my terms (email for now as I was at work) we did everything over email. Eventually I was able to work a bit through Text. I really appreciated the no calls, and no harrassment!
RJ set me up with a day and time that worked for us to pickup, again coming from out of state. Everything was ready to go. They even put the hitch components on the truck and trailor for us when we arrived. When mine didnt work, they worked with us to get it done! I have had Rv's before and this time they took the time to show me how to properly use my brake controller and what to expect pulling something so much smaller than I am used to.
We took it out for the first time 3 weeks after purchasing, and found an issue under my sink. Now this not being my first trailor, I expected something to need fixing. Bouncing and driving it happens. I emailed RJ at 730pm on a Friday night.. He responded (I couldnt believe it, I didnt expect to hear until Monday) He had the service person included into the email. They scheduled me a service repair well beyond hours, made it easy. I feel completely confident my new RV will be fixed and make for the rest of summer trips to be fabulous! Next trip.. Grand Canyon!

The service department was completely focused on the repair of our 2024 Solitude. At 7:15 am we arrived at their service center and was immediately welcomed by a service rep. They were able to diagnosis the issue with our unit and we were back on the road within 2 hours. Everyone was professional and friendly. I just want to thank the team that help us purchase our new 2023 Winnebago Adventurer 35f. Bob & Steven was our sales person they did so great on showing us 3 rigs answering all our questions and Bob is so knowledgeable no pressure at all.
