Another Great Expereince

We brought our new Tiffin Allegro into Happy Daze in March to address a lengthy list of fix-it items, most minor, a few major. Dave conducted a thorough and detailed intake, instilling within us great confidence that he had an full grasp of each issue. Then, Mo, the Tiffin technician, walked through the RV with us, flagging all the repair items. Melissa provided timely follow-up over the following three weeks, keeping us posted in real time as to the status of the repairs. When we picked up the RV, Mo again walked us through the RV and all the repairs he had made. Except for a few minor items that are awaiting parts delivery, everything was completed. Great Job Service

I had dropped my 5th wheel for my first check-up. Did the walk around with Casey Tulloh who was very gracious with us and made time for us to complete all the warrant things that needed to be addressed. She then reviewed the work sheet and gave us our copy so that we both had the exact sheet. They had addressed all the issues and repaired them to our satisfaction. When we had set up a pick up date we arrived early so that we could do our final walk through with Casey and our mechanic Corbette who addressed issues that surfaced. Corbette worked quickly and effectively to repair all items that were brought up. Within an 1.5 hrs. after arrival we were on our way home. We were completely satisfied with everything that was done. Great Service

We bought our trailer in October, took it out one time and found that is was leaking. We brought it into the serive department and our brand new trailer needed a new roof. Casey went out of her way for us and got everything taken care of, including items that we will need to go back for in April. Jeremy the service manager stayed in constant contact with us until everything was put back together and in working order for us. When we were getting ready to leave the store had already closed, we live in Redding. Chris was leaving for the day and came over to help us, we were so thankful for his help. We are brand new to the RV world. Casey also came out and so did Jeremy, all 3 of them stayed with us until we got our trailer hooked up and ready to take home. They were very nice and helpful. I’ve read the other reviews and I wanted people to know that these 3, took good care of us and made sure we were happy again. When you pay a lot of money and travel a long way for your RV, you want to feel like they are listening and that they care. Great Selection

Very good selection of RV's and Travel Trailers! We searched and visited many different dealerships and found our perfect travel trailer at Happy Daze RV! Zero pressure, super attentive sales staff and the buying process was a breeze. This has to have been our fastest purchase from visit, to selection, to signing the docs. Every question we had was answered and so happy we made the trek to buy our new 27' Shadow Cruiser Trailer here. The best part, the price for our 2019 Trailer was $k's less than other locations and they even supplied us with a trailer stabilizer and rear backup camera! Great Customer Service

Well, I wrote a beautiful review and I think it was erased. I will make this one short and sweet, just in case it took my other one and I can't see it. We took the plunge today and signed the paperwork for our very first RV purchase. We wanted to take a second and say thank you to everyone on staff at Happy Daze in Livermore...it all started a year + ago when we were helped by Jason. He never gave up on us either, as we did our homework and really shopped around, finally finding out what we knew all along to be true... it's very hard to beat Grand Design in almost every category. So thank you Jason and thank you to Stevie for answering every concern or question we had on our last two visits. Great Service

Having repair work done on our 2014 Fleetwood Discovery was a little stressful. Thankfully, Mohammed, our service technician had everything under control. We were extremely satisfied with all repairs and Mohammed took his time explaining everything he had done. Kind, patient, personable young man. Will not hesitate having him work on our RV as need be.
