I purchased my travel trailer at the Livermore facility in 2020. I have been using this dealership ever since that time. I have seen ups and downs in personnel and service at this location. Last month I needed some brake work done and was very pleased to reenter the shop and met the manager, Chris. He was able to professionally take care of my immediate needs. He worked with Alicia and Chris in service to assure I was was taken care of.
I was pleased to observe the organization in the office. Alicia had the work folders neatly aligned and marked. It was also obvious there was a reasonable work schedule to work me in.
Manager Chris helped me maneuver my trailer so Chris could work on it. The service manager Chris personally addressed my brake issue.
Not only was this latest experience worth giving a 5 star rating, but I'm happy to report that I have travel over 1000 miles without brake issues.

Friendly but professional staff at both the sales department and service department. From buying our TT to having to have a recent recall notice we have been treated fairly and honestly. Additionally I thought there was an issue with the fresh water tank and this was found to be user error after they confirmed all was working properly.
For recall service Ray at the service department was gracious to attend to the recall earlier but due to an emergency we had to reschedule.
Ray had us drop off the TT on a Friday at 11am and was all completed by 3:30pm the same day. Best experience I have ever had and will continue to deal with Happy Daze RV and associated departments
Santiago was our service tech going above and beyond to complete the recall on the same day.

The family and I could not be happier after renting a big RV with Cynthia in Sacramento. It was fully loaded and worth every penny, family memories that will be with us forever after a trip to Bodega Bay. James in the back explained how to run this big ol thing, first time to rent and off we went. Can't thank them enough for setting us up and smooth in and out of the rental signing/agreement. We brought our new Tiffin Allegro into Happy Daze in March to address a lengthy list of fix-it items, most minor, a few major. Dave conducted a thorough and detailed intake, instilling within us great confidence that he had an full grasp of each issue. Then, Mo, the Tiffin technician, walked through the RV with us, flagging all the repair items. Melissa provided timely follow-up over the following three weeks, keeping us posted in real time as to the status of the repairs. When we picked up the RV, Mo again walked us through the RV and all the repairs he had made. Except for a few minor items that are awaiting parts delivery, everything was completed. I had dropped my 5th wheel for my first check-up. Did the walk around with Casey Tulloh who was very gracious with us and made time for us to complete all the warrant things that needed to be addressed. She then reviewed the work sheet and gave us our copy so that we both had the exact sheet. They had addressed all the issues and repaired them to our satisfaction. When we had set up a pick up date we arrived early so that we could do our final walk through with Casey and our mechanic Corbette who addressed issues that surfaced. Corbette worked quickly and effectively to repair all items that were brought up. Within an 1.5 hrs. after arrival we were on our way home. We were completely satisfied with everything that was done. We bought our trailer in October, took it out one time and found that is was leaking. We brought it into the serive department and our brand new trailer needed a new roof. Casey went out of her way for us and got everything taken care of, including items that we will need to go back for in April. Jeremy the service manager stayed in constant contact with us until everything was put back together and in working order for us. When we were getting ready to leave the store had already closed, we live in Redding. Chris was leaving for the day and came over to help us, we were so thankful for his help. We are brand new to the RV world. Casey also came out and so did Jeremy, all 3 of them stayed with us until we got our trailer hooked up and ready to take home. They were very nice and helpful. I’ve read the other reviews and I wanted people to know that these 3, took good care of us and made sure we were happy again. When you pay a lot of money and travel a long way for your RV, you want to feel like they are listening and that they care.
